Theodore ‘Ted’ Borelli 1931-2012

Theodore “Ted” Borrelli, 80, of Pierre, S.D., died Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Good Samaritan Society in Miller.

His funeral service was held Thursday, May 31 at Seventh Day Adventist Church in Pierre, with burial in Riverside Cemetery.

Theodore “Ted” Borrelli was born July 19, 1931 in Naples, Italy. He grew up in Naples and was a member of the Italian Underground. During the late 1950s he moved to New York City and worked as a musician, traveling and playing for different events.

In the 1980s, he moved to Pierre, where he worked for McDonalds until his retirement. Ted was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and enjoyed reading the Bible, telling stories and helping people.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
