THE HARROLD TERMINAL being erected west of Miller, and one mile south of Highway 14, is making progress. Construction started in July 2012, and its completion is on schedule for the spring of 2013. The Miller facility will have 3.8 million bushels of upright and flat storage space, as well as 45,000 bushels an hour of dumping capacity. The terminal will include a state-of-the-art 110-car shuttle loading facility.
