Sunday’s blizzard brings about seven inches to area Gann Valley 2-13-13

Judy Gaulke traveled to California Thursday and visited with her son and family for a few days and then went on to San Francisco before returning home Tuesday.

Sheila Sinkie, Mitchell, spent several days with Juanita Sinkie at her Wessington Springs apartment.

Gene and Carol Grabin attended the funeral services for Mike Hamilton at Oacoma on Sunday.

David Gaulke attended Central Electric meetings in Sioux Falls Wednesday and Thursday.

Dawn Peterson, Tescott, Kan., spent some time with Juanita Sinkie at her apartment and also visited with Connie Timmerman, a patient in a Sioux Falls Hospital.

Monday, Gene and Carol Grabin visited with Jennifer Cuka and Vivienn at their home near Sioux Falls.

Evelyn Wulff and Elaine Wulff had supper at a café in Kimball Friday evening.

Carol Grabin visited with Jim and Belle Hinrichs at their home in Woonsocket Thursday.

Justin Brunson, Los Angeles, Calif., and Ronda Brunson and Trinity, Wessington Springs, visited with Juanita Sinkie at her Wessington Springs apartment.

A blizzard on Sunday dumped 6 to 7 inches of snow in the Gann Valley area. This snow brought some good moisture but is heavy to move.
