A “Magical Season” included the crowning of Snow Queen Jonni Blake and Junior Snow Queen Shae Knox.

Emcee for the evening was Ed Schaff. The mystery “Snowperson” was revealed to be Cheryl Fawcett. Deidra Schlechter and Tracy Resel sent in their lucky (and correct) guess together.

Entertainment for the evening included musical selections by the MHS Jazz Band and MHS Vocal Jazz. Members of For the Love of Dance also performed.

Show stealers were the first-grade Little Miss Snowflakes, who, along with their escorts sang “Thank Heaven for Little Girls.”

The two queens will compete on the state level in Aberdeen in January.
