Sinkie family gathers for belated Christmas

The Henry Joe Sinkie family held a belated family Christmas get-together on Sunday, Feb. 17.  Matt and Dulcy Sinkie hosted the event at their home. Those present were: Wade and Lana Anfinson and Matthe, Waubay; Mark Sinkie and Ashley Herrick and Sheila Horsley, Mitchell; Henry Sinkie, Hill City; and Juanita Sinkie, Wessington Springs. Richard and Karen Sinkie visited in the afternoon.

Gann Valley

Gene Grabin and Patrick and Gunnar Cuka joined Gunnar’s Boy Scout Troop on a fishing expedition on Saturday. Carol Grabin spent time with Jennifer Cuka and girls.

Henry Sinkie spent some time at the Juanita Sinkie apartment and visited with Connie Timmerman at Wessington Springs.

Ellen Speck visited with Ellen Hall at her residence in Chamberlain Sunday afternoon.

Evelyn Wulff and Elaine Wulff attended the “For the Love of Dance” dance recital at Miller Saturday afternoon. Ciara Wulff was one of the participants.

Henry Joe Sinkie sponsored a Derby Elk Resort Booth at the Farm and Home Show in Wessington Springs on Monday, Feb. 18.

Ellen Speck attended the prayer services for Mason Naser Sunday evening at Chamberlain.  Our sympathies go the family of little Mason.

Juanita Sinkie attended the Farm and Home Show in Wessington Springs on Monday, Feb. 18.
