Library League sponsoring a fall Book Fair
The Hand County Library League will sponsor a one-day Book Fair Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Miller Elementary Gym from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The purpose of the fair is to help “build a new elementary school library” for the students in their new school. Each item purchased will help raise funds so librarian Ray Caffee may purchase books and supplies for the new elementary library.
The Library League helps support the school libraries and the Hand County Library with fundraisers each year. Said a board member, “We hope everyone will stop by and help out so Mr. Caffee may buy books off his wish list.”
Current Library League officers are Nan Donlin, Dawn Haar, Joan Niederauer and Sherry Rembold. Contact any member if you have questions concerning the Book Fair.
