Hazel Simons, 86, of Miller, S.D., died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Society in Miller, S.D.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 23, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Miller with Father Chester Murtha, celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery at Wessington. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, with a 7 p.m. prayer service, all at the church.
