Michael J. Williams, Ree Heights, SD, pled guilty to a charge of interference with lawful hunting. He was fined $150.00, plus court costs totaling $66.00. A five-day jail sentence was suspended on the following conditions: pay fine, costs and any restitution as ordered; County shall have lien against defendant of $25.00 per day for any jail confinement; defendant obey all laws of state, local and federal governments for six months.

Keith A. Blachford, Miller, SD, pled guilty to possession of alcohol by a minor. He was fined $150.00, plus court costs of $66.00. Driver’s license was suspended for 60 days. A five-day jail sentence was suspended on the following conditions: pay fines, costs and any restitution; County shall have lien against defendant of $25.00 per day for any jail confinement; defendant obey all laws of state, local and federal governments. If questioned or arrested, defendant will immediately advise the assigned court services officer.
