Celebrate with music at Gann Valley Fire Hall

The South Hand Band will be providing the music for the Gann Valley dance to be held on Saturday, July 6, at the Gann Valley Fire Hall.  The American Legion will have setups and beer. Lunch will also be available.  Everyone is welcome to come enjoy some good music.

Gene and Carol Grabin and Patrick and Jennifer Cuka, Gunnar, Sophie and Vivienn left Wednesday to spend a week at Disney World in Orlando, Florida, returning home on the following Tuesday.

Wednesday, Judy Gaulke visited her Aunt Margaret and Harold Neilson, Zola Ashley, Audrey and Duane Edwards and her Aunt Verna Thum, all in Wessington Springs.

Shannon Speck, Ian and Eric, visited Ellen Speck on Saturday and treated her to supper at a Kimball café that evening.

Justin Brunson, California, visited with the Mike and Ronda Brunson family, Ralph and Connie Timmerman and Juanita Sinkie on Wednesday.

Gene and Carol Grabin attended prayer services for Jalene Nydam in Platte Wednesday evening.

Grace Koch accompanied David Gaulke fishing one evening this week.

George and Barb Sinkie and granddaughters Brynna and Cassidy Sinkie visited Connie Timmerman and Juanita Sinkie on Saturday.

Kristian Wulff, Sioux Falls, spent the week at the Ken and Elaine Wulff home.

Tuesday evening, David and Judy Gaulke visited in the Robin Knigge home in White Lake. Butch Wait and Marge Knigge joined them for some card playing.

Evelyn Wulff accompanied Ken and Elaine Wulff out to supper at a Mitchell café Sunday evening. JoAnne Pickner, of Mitchell, joined them.

We have been enjoying some beautiful weather. Crops are doing well.   Hay is being cut and put up. Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe 4th of July. Celebrate and remember all our military keeping our nation safe.
