Ashley Roth was born to David and Debroah (Evans) Roth in Miller on May 21, 1986. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She moved with her parents to Fort Campbell, KY., Chandler, AZ. amd then to Mesa.

She is survived by her parents and sister, Heidi, all of Mesa, her grandparents, Jimmie and Karen Evans, and Lenny and Donna Roth; great gramdmother Lurabel Evans, aunts and uncles, David Evans, Mike Evans, Kim Roth, Todd and DeAnn Beckett, Maureen Gerdes and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
