E. Maurine Jones, 95, of Boise, Idaho, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013.
Maurine’s life was celebrated Monday, April 15, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Boise. Private interment was at Dry Creek Cemetery of Boise.
Maurine was born on May 29, 1917, at Estelline, S.D. to Rudolph and Zora Zebill. She was the first born of four girls and grew up on farms around Estelline.
She married Joseph L. Jones on September 24, 1938. They lived in Chicago, Ill., Miller, S.D., rural Orient, S.D., Rapid City, S.D. and Boise, Idaho.

Merlyn Parmely, 77, of Miller, S.D., died Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the Avera Hand County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, April 19 at the First Presbyterian Church in Miller with the Rev. Brian Jones officiating. Jim Coats, age 65, of Doland, S.D., died Saturday, April 6, 2013 in the Avera McKennan Hospital at Sioux Falls after a long illness.
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 11, in the United Methodist Church at Doland with the Reverends Kris Larson and Harold Loewen officiating. Burial followed at the Doland Cemetery.

The Reverend Tyra Talley, Ed.D, died at the age of 90 on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Grand Village, Grand Rapids, Minn. Dr. Talley had been a resident in the rehab and memory care units at Grand Village since March 2012.
