A press release from the Miller Police Department states that on June 20, the Miller Police Department investigated a burglary that occurred at the Miller Golf Course.
The business was broken into sometime during the early morning hours of June 20. Several hundred dollars worth of alcohol was removed from the building. The case remains under investigation.
According to Gerry Hunter, president of the Golf Association, the break-in occurred sometime between approximately 10 p.m. Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, June 20 at 8 a.m. A small window behind the bar was broken to gain entrance.
Hunter said beer and liquor were taken from the cooler. Nothing else was damaged or stolen.
