The Miller boys’ varsity cross country team placed first at the Region 4A meet held October 17 in Chamberlain. This coming Saturday, Oct. 26, they will be competing at the state meet in Rapid City.

Coach Tom McGough commented, “Entering the Region meet, I thought each of our athletes was well prepared, mentally as well as physically. They had an understanding on what needed to be done and they did it. They competed with grit and determination, staying focused throughout their race. I could not have been happier for them and their effort.”
